pcal format and rules

PCAL plays four different levels in league play - A, B, and C Flights plus high goal.  Teams and individuals accrue points based on win/loss/tie and game awards - MVP, Best Playing Pony and Sportsmanship.
In addition to league play, some PCAL games are played as part of USPA tournaments earning National Arena Amateur Cup points.
